Is ARIAA open-source?

No. ARIAA is closed-source forever. The platform, domain packs, and methodology are proprietary. Public surfaces are the marketing site, a closed API, and SDK clients — never server source or engine internals. Enterprise buyers receive a technical architecture review under NDA.

Where can I deploy ARIAA? What about data residency?

Four options today: hosted SaaS, dedicated cloud in the customer's chosen region, on-premises, or air-gapped. Multi-region SaaS with jurisdiction-aware data residency is on the roadmap. For GDPR / LGPD workloads today, on-prem or air-gapped is the path. Deployment detail is shared with customers under NDA.

How is prediction accuracy measured?

Every verdict is scored against actual outcomes using a proper scoring rule. Aggregate accuracy, verdict-level breakdowns, and per-domain trends are available to admins. Models adapt over time as new outcomes arrive. Detailed methodology is shared under NDA with enterprise buyers.

What are your SLAs?

99.9% uptime is the target for Professional tier and 99.95% for Enterprise. Health checks run every 60 seconds across API, database, Redis, and solver services. Uptime and p50 / p95 / p99 latency dashboards are available to admins. Formal SLA contracts are negotiated per deployment.

How do multi-tenancy and SSO work?

Role-based access control with least-privilege defaults, tenant scoping on every request, and SSO via OIDC or SAML configured against the customer's identity provider with claims-to-role mapping. Per-tenant data isolation is enforced end to end; implementation detail is shared under NDA.

What integrations do you support?

A REST API, TypeScript and Python SDK clients, WebSocket channels for real-time events, and signed outbound webhooks. Slack, Teams, Zapier connectors and embeddable React components are on the roadmap.

How is ARIAA different from a BI tool or a sentiment dashboard?
